2. Data currently collected

The website stores language and consent preferences locally on the device. The current booking form is a demo: information entered is not sent to or stored on a server.

There is currently no active contact form or newsletter. This policy must be updated before either feature is enabled.

3. Future bookings, contact and newsletter

When a real booking or contact system is connected, only necessary data will be requested and the provider, purpose, legal basis and retention period will be documented.

Newsletter consent will remain separate, optional and withdrawable, and will never be required for booking or contact.

4. Analytics, marketing and external content

Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel currently have no real IDs configured. If enabled, they will load only after consent for the relevant category.

The interactive Google Map does not load until external content is allowed. The directions link opens only when selected by the visitor.

5. Legal bases and recipients

Essential functions support operation, security and preference storage. Optional analytics, marketing and external content rely on consent.

Actual processors and any international transfers will be listed here before the relevant services are enabled.

Cookie preferences remain on the device until changed, deleted through the browser or superseded by a new policy version. No other retention periods are stated before real forms and providers are enabled.
